phwon Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phwon ("phwon", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phwon online gaming platform available at phwon.net and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the phwon registration process, logging in to an existing phwon account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or promotional terms that phwon may publish from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

phwon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

To register and maintain a phwon account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine regulations governing participation in online gambling activities.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and where phwon is permitted to offer its services.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a phwon employee or business partner.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phwon or been subject to a mandatory exclusion order.
• You have not been declared insolvent or filed for bankruptcy under Philippine law.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. phwon will verify this information through its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process using a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys national ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence.

phwon reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account where eligibility requirements are not met or where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwon account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued via SMS. phwon strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

You must not share your phwon account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your phwon account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. phwon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your phwon account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phwon support immediately. phwon may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

• Do not use the same password for phwon as for other websites or services.
• Do not access your phwon account from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your phwon account after every session, particularly on shared devices.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications claiming to be from phwon that ask for your password or OTP.

phwon will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

phwon supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are charged by phwon on PHP deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phwon account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. phwon does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the deposit method must match your KYC-verified phwon account name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are specified on the phwon deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phwon targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 10 minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

• phwon reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts under a different name are prohibited.
• phwon may withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the phwon cashier page and may vary by payment method.

phwon offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus terms apply to all phwon promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be turned over a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the period specified in the promotion's terms. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game types — particularly live casino, sports betting, and certain slot titles — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are not yet met, a maximum bet per spin or round applies as specified in each promotion's terms. Bets exceeding the maximum may result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.
• Non-Transferable: Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player or account.

phwon reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where phwon has reason to believe the promotion is being abused or exploited. phwon's decision regarding bonus disputes is final.

All bets placed on the phwon platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that wager, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all phwon products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the phwon system, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player.
• phwon reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was known at the time of placement ("late bets").
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or human error that results in an obviously incorrect price or payout being offered, phwon reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
• phwon reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• For sports betting, phwon's trading team may suspend markets, adjust lines, or void bets where market integrity is in question.
• For live casino and slot games, results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits per game or market are displayed on the respective game or betting interface. These limits may be adjusted periodically without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwon platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement:

• Fraud: Any act of deception intended to obtain financial benefit from phwon, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, and payment fraud.
• Collusion: Any agreement or coordination between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or any other exploitation of phwon's promotional offers.
• Automated Betting: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the phwon platform without human input.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on events where the player has directly or indirectly influenced the outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the phwon platform for any purpose connected to the conversion, transfer, or concealment of illicitly obtained funds.
• Minors' Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the phwon platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language at phwon staff or other players.

phwon is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its products and services. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income, and losses should always be treated as the cost of entertainment rather than a financial problem to be resolved through further gambling.

phwon provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phwon account. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. When the limit is reached, your ability to place further bets is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. phwon will notify you when the limit approaches and can be configured to log you out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to permanent self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phwon platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phwon enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and verifies the age of all players during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance will be returned to the registered payment method after identity verification.

All content on the phwon platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of phwon or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwon platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phwon content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phwon content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phwon software.
• Use phwon's trademarks, logos, or brand assets for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the phwon platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of phwon's intellectual property may result in legal action. phwon actively monitors for infringement and will pursue all available remedies under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwon's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwon account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phwon shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond phwon's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any third-party content, services, or platforms linked to or integrated with the phwon platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The phwon platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwon makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content.

phwon collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a phwon account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phwon collects personal data including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, government-issued ID information, email address, mobile number, IP address, device information, and financial transaction history. This data is used to:

• Verify your identity and age as part of the KYC process.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bonus payments.
• Comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, promotions, and platform updates.
• Detect and prevent fraud and prohibited conduct.

phwon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phwon.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the phwon platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your phwon account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phwon operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming within Philippine jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phwon platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through phwon's customer support team. phwon commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with phwon support within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
